DEK is a stable and secure partner for commercial production of fuel cell substrates and components on a global basis. We deliver total process solutions, combining high-speed, automated production equipment, accurate and repeatable technologies, low-wastage processes, and international customer support facilities.

DEK began delivering screen printing platforms for thick-film electronic devices and solar cell production in the early 70’s. We also pioneered high-speed inline printing for fine-pitch surface mount assembly; a key enabler for advanced products at consumer price-points. Today, the majority of advanced ICs and feature-rich electronic products assembled in Europe, Asia and the Americas depend on DEK equipment and processes.

Building on this experience, we are able to solve the challenges of achieving repeatable, micron-accurate deposition for fuel cell applications at low cost-per-unit. We are now working with leading alternative energies businesses and researchers, to deliver precision processes and fully-integrated production lines for Solid Oxide, PEM and Direct Methanol fuel cells. We also have our own production capabilities for rapid delivery of precision screens; creating a vital competitive edge for customers as demand ramps-up to consumer levels.
