We shape each plate in a fraction of a second and are the world's first supplier to offer true mass production of high quality, high performance stainless steel bipolar plates for fuel cell systems and heat exchangers.

We are the patent owner of a cutting edge manufacturing method that shapes materials by using high kinetic energy – also known as adiabatic softening. Simplified, we can say that we hit the material so hard and so quickly that we shock it into becoming briefly liquid. In this state we can then shape it, virtually in any way we want, with any pattern. This method dramatically reduces production costs and provides a significantly higher quality and production rate than any other process. Our machine has an enormous capacity, and in practice can hit as many as 3,000 accurate blows per minute.

Our method also allows us to orientate the plates flow field in any direction, and have any shape – single or double sided or even with different patterns on each side. Though our production is extremely fast, we have zero fault tolerance, and every single plate is thoroughly quality-checked by our production line's laser-based scanning system. Today, we offer high performance stainless steel bipolar plates manufactured from a basic material with a thickness from 0.05 mm up to 2 mm.

Our advanced coatings improve the life of our bipolar plates and ensure high electrical conductivity and superior corrosion resistance for different challenging environments.
