Unique inline hydrogen regulator handles 10,000 psi!

Tescom releases two pressure regulators designed for use with fuel cell powered vehicles. This design reduces the number of moving parts found in other designs and minimizing the potential of maintenance problems. The 44-6000 Inline Regulator (patent pending) and the 20-1200 are the newest additions to our growing alternative fuels product line.

The 44-6000 Inline Regulators design is presently the only regulator of its kind available. It features few parts & offers 10,000 psi standard maximum inlet pressure. Several factory preset outlet pressure ranges are available up to 250 psi with 316 Stainless Steel Construction. It features non-venting, captured bonnet, positive seal valve stem and flow capacity of Cv=.3. Operating temperature ranges are from -40° F to 250° F depending on choice of soft goods. Numerous porting styles and configurations are available.

The 20-1200 Series also offers a 10,000 psi max. inlet pressure with a high flow capacity of Cv=.5. In addition to this Stainless Steel model there is an electroless nickle plated aluminum version at 6,600 psi maximum inlet. Standard features include non-venting, captured bonnet and multiple porting styles and configurations. Operating temperature range is identical to the 44-6000.

Tescom can supply regulators batch-tested to the latest TUV requirements. Product type approval to EIHP standards is pending. Both models are already specified by leading automotive manufacturers in their latest fuel cell systems.
